Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing after-sales service plans to ensure customer satisfaction
2. Manage the after-sales team and supervise the implementation of various after-sales tasks
3. Analyze customer feedback, propose improvement measures, and enhance service quality
4. Coordinate among internal departments, resolve customer issues, and enhance customer loyalty
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or related fields preferred
2. At least 3 years of experience in after-sales service, with team management experience preferred
3. Proficient in operating office software, with good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to solve problems
4. Possess strong data analysis skills, capable of identifying issues from data and proposing solutions
