When choosing an automatic packaging machine, it is necessary to focus on the following five points in combination with one's own needs to avoid "mis-matching" leading to low efficiency or cost waste:
Material characteristics: Determine the material form (granules/powder/liquid), viscosity (liquid), fluidity (powder), and whether it contains corrosivity/flammability/explosiveness. For example, moisture-absorbing powder requires a machine with a drying function, and corrosive liquids require components made of acid-resistant and alkali-resistant materials (such as 316 stainless steel);
Packaging requirements: Determine the packaging specifications (bag length, bag width, capacity/weight), packaging form (prefabricated bag/made bag), sealing requirements (heat sealing/ultrasonic sealing, whether easy-to-tear opening is required), whether coding (production date, batch number) or labeling is required;
Capacity demand: Select the appropriate speed model based on the average daily/hourly production volume. For example, for small-scale production (with an average daily output of less than 10,000 bags), a model with a speed of 50 bags per minute can be selected. For large-scale production (with an average daily output of more than 100,000 bags), a high-speed model with a speed of 100 bags per minute or higher is required;
Industry standards: For the food and pharmaceutical industries, it is necessary to choose models that are "food-grade contact materials", "disinfectable structures", and "compatible with GMP certification"; for the chemical industry, it is necessary to choose models that are "explosion-proof design" and "anti-static";
After-sales and compatibility: Give priority to brands that provide on-site installation and debugging, and timely supply of spare parts; at the same time, consider whether the equipment supports later upgrades (such as adding weighing detection and automatic packing modules), as well as compatibility with existing production lines (such as front-end material mixing and back-end packing equipment).
