I. Operational Procedure

Pre-startup check: Confirm that the power supply and air source are properly connected, the conveyor belt is free of foreign objects, the cutting tools/sealing components are intact, and the emergency stop button is in normal condition.

Parameter setting: According to the specifications of the packaging material (size, weight), set the packaging speed, sealing temperature, bag length, and other parameters on the control panel. Test the machine 3-5 times and adjust until it is qualified.

Material loading: Place the material evenly at the feed inlet to avoid overload and blockage; observe the operating status after starting the equipment and promptly eliminate problems such as material jamming and deviation.

Shutdown procedure: First, cease material feeding. Once the equipment has emptied its contents, shut off the power and gas supply. Lastly, clear away any remaining materials.

II. Key points of daily maintenance

Cleaning: Wipe the machine body with a dry cloth before leaving work every day, clean the residual materials on the conveyor belt and sealing area to avoid corroding the components; use compressed air to blow the motor and control panel cooling holes every week.

Lubrication: Apply special lubricating oil to moving parts such as conveyor belt bearings and chains every month to ensure smooth operation (note: avoid oil contamination from contacting packaging materials).

Component inspection: Weekly inspection of tool sharpness and wear of sealing silicone strips, with timely replacement of any damaged or aged parts; monthly inspection of circuit connectors and air supply pipeline tightness to prevent electrical and air leaks.

III. Safety Precautions

During operation, it is strictly prohibited to insert hands into dangerous areas such as the feed inlet and sealing area. If there is a malfunction during equipment operation, it is necessary to press the emergency stop button before handling the situation.

Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble the electrical box or adjust core parameters; during maintenance, the power supply must be disconnected and a "Under Maintenance" warning sign must be hung.
