Function Description
Equipment Introduction：
This machine is mainly used to complete the automatic packaging process of neatly loading packaged small bags of products (150-1000 grams) into composite film plastic bags according to requirements (arrangement form: single-bin feeding, single-row or double-row horizontal arrangement). This achieves fully automated operation from small packaging of bulk materials to large packaging of composite film plastic bags, saving manpower, material resources, and financial investment, reducing production costs for customers, and improving production efficiency. This machine is widely used for powdered and granular packaging such as washing powder, salt, seeds, milk powder, etc., and is the preferred machine for major companies.
Production process：
Small bag product → Horizontal conveyor → Double-layer inclined conveyor → High-speed conveyor → Counting and packing machine → Vertical bag-making and packaging machine → Film pulling and sealing → Product output
